PWB Flathead is a council of women within the Flathead Building Association, part of the National Association of Home Builders' network of Professional Women in Building.

Our mission is to support and inspire women across every role in the construction and housing industry. A dynamic council of women supporting, educating, and uplifting one another to grow personally and professionally within the building industry.

What We Do

Host networking and community events
Support and encourage local community involvement
Promote and empower women in the building industry
Create opportunities for growth, connection, and collaboration
